Mid Century framed oil En plein Air / Impressionistic oil painting of a street scene in Paris on a rainy day.  Colourful turquoise / green roofs contrast nicely with the gray skies and pavements.  A few people stroll along the river bank, their reflections on the side walk.  Trees feature on the left side of this charming Parisian painting.
Signed lower right side - possibly reads 'Brock'.
Competently painted on canvas, framed in a cream/beige coloured fabric/linen border with a gold coloured trim on the wood frame.  
Framed in Miami and ready for hanging.

En plein air - French for outdoors or plein air painting, is the act of painting outdoors.
It enabled the artist to better capture the changing details of weather and light. The invention of portable canvases and easels allowed the practice to develop, particularly in France, and in the early 1830s the Barbizon school of painting in natural light was highly influential.
