A very charming carving of a little mouse climbing up a heaped container of auspicious peaches on a Chinese style round wood stand. Very intricately hand carved in China. Made from a nut that resembles ivory in texture and colour. Attention to detail throughout the entire piece - signed by the artist on the underside. Bought in Hong Kong in 1980's. Great gift.
